Comedy, TN Comedy Club in Memphis, TN is one of the premier Comedy Clubs in the country because it is run by Comedians, John Marks and Sammy Marten. There's something about a Comedy Club operated by Comedians that makes the stage more inviting for the performers there that week, and the audiences alike.

Comedian and Restaurateur, Sammy Marten created The Creole Café that was a Memphis favorite in Midtown for years. Sammy and fellow comedian John Marks created Comedy, TN Comedy Club and brought the Creole Cafe concept along, then added Big Daddy's BBQ because the building came with a built-in Smoker. And it is a crime in Memphis not to put a smoker to good use. It’s our way on cutting down on crime in Memphis. A large percentage of Memphis crime is Smoker neglect.

….So when you combine Comedy, TN, Creole Cafe, and Big Daddy's BBQ, you get “Stand-up Comedy Kitchen”.

Stand-up Comedy Kitchen was originally launched as a pilot 10 years ago by Sammy Marten as Comedy Kitchen. John Marks happened to be the guest Comedian. A decade later John and Sammy own Comedy, TN which is also a perfect studio for the re-launching of this project as “Stand-up Comedy Kitchen”. The goal being to promote standup comedy, great food, and laughter.
